Thanksgiving Baskets Ministry PDF Print E-mail

The Thanksgiving Basket Ministry provides food to needy families in Hamilton County at Thanksgiving holiday time.  The Ministry coordinates volunteers from the parish along with food donations in order to create and deliver the baskets directly to those are in need.

Volunteer Opportunities for You & Your Family!

Please help by choosing one of the following volunteer opportunities:

November 5/6 and 12/13 - Helpers are needed to assist with food sorting after all Masses.
November 18 - Volunteers are needed to help prepare baskets at 9:00 am in the Social Hall.
November 19 - Drivers are needed to deliver the baskets from 9:00-11:00. Meet at the Social Hall.

All food donations are welcome and can be brought to the Commons on November 5/6 and 12/13

Volunteers needed for set-up, sorting and delivering. Please sign up online by clicking here.

Monetary donations will be used for purchasing frozen turkeys, roasting pans and other perishable food items. Look for a donation collection box in the Commons by the collection area, or bring your donation to the Parish Office. Checks can be made out to "SEAS" with "Thanksgiving Baskets" in the subject line.

PALM SUNDAY, APRIL 9, 2017 - At 9:30 am there will be a procession from the plaza outdoors into the Nave.  Please note that Incense will be used both in the procession and in the Nave.
